Covington Industrial Park was launch in 1978 as the Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility for Engineering Specialities. After selling the business to a private equity firm, Favret Investments Master planned and the development of the acreage putting in roads, raising the elevation and building the first Flex Space building.
Although a lot has changed since the development of that first building, our mission to provide the best value in the market with outstanding tenant service in a progressive industrial environment remains the same.
